SHIPPING

  • HOW IS SHIPPING FREE FOR US?

We do our best to provide a streamlined, efficient service of getting luxury essentials to your door. We work on a commission basis with our Brands and Distributors, and we work with them to offer free shipping across the board throughout our entire site! Happy mining!

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PRODUCT(S) TO ARRIVE?

Standard Free Shipping will get your order to your doorstep on average of anywhere from 1-4 weeks. 

  • WHEN DO I GET MY TRACKING CODE?

After you place an order with us, you'll be sent your order confirmation email. We then send the order details over to the brand/distributors that are taking care of it. Once they process and ship the order, we are then given the tracking code, and then you are sent a tracking confirmation email. This whole process can take up to five business days.

PRODUCTS

  • WHY WAS I REFUNDED?

In most cases, this will never happen. However, there are some instances where a certain product is selling so fast, multiple orders come in at once, and get mixed up in the system. If your order was refunded, this is the most likely case. You can contact us for a discount code for your next order! (Wow, we're amazing, aren't we!)

  • WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on what product you order, and where that Brand / Distributor is located, will determine where your product ships out from. We work with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, China, and Australia primarily.
